We are a niche player providing legal specialist expertise to data driven businesses, mainly in the sectors of Technology, Media & Communication (TMC), Energy Transition, Education and Health.

We bring our clients our broad and deep knowlegde and experience. Van Londen Law was founded in 2011 after more than 20 years cutting edge experience in large corporate law firms in New York City USA, Sydney Australia and Amsterdam The Netherlands.

We’re honoured to provide our services to not-for-profit organisations such as WarChild, Quad9 and RvR (Legal Aid).

We care about diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) and carry it in what we do.

Doing our part

Van Londen shares its knowledge and expertise by giving accredited lectures on negotiation skills, IT & IP law and (EU) Data regulation (including AI). More recently adding energy transition and ESG compliance.

With ecoDa and NCD we bring the voice of NL (non-executive) directors into the mix that results in EU corporate governance regulation.

Together with our partners, we guide spin-outs, starters and scalers for profit and not-for-profit, specifically mentioning impact driven organisations.

NL subsidy for our legal services

Van Londen supports intercontinental businesses between the EU, Australia and the USA with corporate commercial and data transfer knowledge and experience gained on the ground in local leading practices. Van Londen is MVO subsidy accredited for legal advice to NL organisations business operations in Australia so that our are legal fees are partly paid by MVO. We cherish our ralationship with Austrade.
